Cocoa Chip Opposite Cookies

Don't they look like adorable, warty toads?

Well, now that we've gotten off to an appetizing start, the recipe!

1 c. softened butter
1.5 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla extract
2 c. white flour
2/3 c. baking cocoa
3/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 12 oz. package white chocolate chips (or white chocolate chunks! those would be yum!)

Cream butter & sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.  Beat in vanilla.  Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt in a separate bowl; gradually add to creamed mix.  Stir in chips.
Back at 350ยบ on ungreased baking sheets for 10-12 minutes.  

Note:  Boys love these cookies.  Making the latter may mean beating the former off with a stick in order to allow the cookies to cool before being devoured.
